Stavroula Verouki is Head of HR at FF Group Tools Industry, specializing in organizational transformation, people strategy and digital HR. She partners with leadership teams to strengthen organizational structures, modernize processes and policies, and build recruitment practices that support sustainable growth.

As Co-Founder and HR Director at Eridium, she brings an entrepreneurial perspective to connecting people, operational needs and business priorities. Her experience includes building HR functions from the ground up and helping organizations strengthen their capabilities through effective staffing, clear responsibilities and practical management frameworks.

Previously, she served as Head of Human Capital at Boutari Wineries & Ioli Spring Water Group, leading HR across manufacturing sites and supporting organizational change.

Passionate about AI and technology, she focuses on turning their potential into valuable business tools through practical applications that simplify work, support better decisions and create more time for people.

She holds an MBA, with further studies in Finance, HR, Project management and AI applications in HR. She has been recognized in the HR Directors 100 Powerlist 2026 and 20 Under 40 HR 2026.
