Vasilis Psychalos

Vasilis Psychalos is an HR Digitalization Specialist at Telekom, with 14+ years of experience across the group. He spent nearly four years as a Business Trainer, following earlier roles in Customer Operations across the Group. He later moved into HR and HR digitalization roles at Cosmote e-Value and OTE Group of Companies. With a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus, he combines a technology-focused mindset with practical HR and operations experience. Through the HR Digital Lab, he helps translate business needs into dashboards, workforce analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools. The HR Digital Lab’s AskT AI HR assistant received Bronze at the HR Awards. He collaborates with HR and technology teams to simplify processes, improve employee and manager experience, and handle workforce data in controlled internal environments. The wider HR digital portfolio includes 18 delivered solutions, 12+ in the pipeline, 32+ digital HR journeys, and AI-enabled tools available to 13,000+ users. He was nominated for Trainer of the Year in 2021 and received Platinum and Gold recognition at the 2022 Sales Excellence Awards for Let’s Change Our Sales Mentality.
