Konstantinos Babetas

Konstantinos Babetas is the Group HR Technology Manager at TITAN Group, where he leads global initiatives across HR Technology, People Analytics, and Digital Transformation. Passionate about the intersection of HR, analytics, and AI, he oversees the design, implementation, optimization and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions that enhance efficiency, enable data-driven decisions, and elevate the employee experience.

Konstantinos began his career with hands-on experience in People Operations at The Libra Group and HR Analytics at Toyota Hellas (Inchcape Group). He joined TITAN’s HR team in 2021 contributing to several HR transformation projects. In 2023, he became HR Process & Digitalization Specialist, driving the digitalization of core HR processes, and today he leads the organization’s HR Technology agenda.

He holds a degree in Management Science and Technology from the Athens University of Economics and Business, specializing in Software and Data Analysis Technologies, and a minor in Human Resources Management from The American College of Greece. A strong advocate for the responsible use of AI in HR, Konstantinos actively explores how technology & analytics can be a valuable enabler that empowers people and supports more connected and future-ready organizations, rather than a threat to the human element of HR.
