John Kostoulas

John Kostoulas is the global VP, Market Positioning and Strategy at Dayforce. He leads a team combining market sensing, analyst and influence relations, market and competitive intelligence and thought leadership capabilities to optimize Dayforce's product, positioning and go-to-market alignment with the everchanging HR tech market.

John has been recognised as one of the top influencers/thought leaders in HR tech on multiple occasions and a regular speaker at various industry events across the world. In his previous role as HR technology VP analyst at Gartner, he worked with hundreds of HR/IT/Tech leaders through targeted advisory and authored 240+ research notes, some of which created new research concepts around EX, DEI, employee wellbeing and HR tech market trends. John actively researches AI in HR since 2018.

In other past roles with Vodafone, Coca-Cola HBC, Oracle and NGA, John led critical digital HR transformation initiatives at global scale through teams of up to 100 people, including global implementation and operations of complex technology solution, organizational design across various functions, and global Shared Services/Business Process Outsourcing setup and transition.
