Elena Goulia

Elena Goulia is a psychologist specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (MSc Industrial/Organizational Psychology). She maintains a private practice in Kolonaki, Athens.

She completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of East London and went on to earn her master’s degree from the American College of Thessaloniki. She is an accredited Mediator by the Ministry of Justice. Between 2020 and 2021, she participated in family therapy sessions, group sessions, and individual psychotherapy at the Adult Psychiatric Clinic of G.N.Th. "G. Papanikolaou". During this time, she was actively involved in the clinic’s outpatient department, liaison counseling, on-call shifts, and the treatment of inpatients.

In 2024–2025, she attended the Program in Cognitive Psychotherapies, implemented by the University Research Institute of Mental Health, Neurosciences, and Precision Medicine, in collaboration with the 1st and 2nd Psychiatric Clinics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and the Hellenic Association for Cognitive Psychotherapies. She is also pursuing the four-year program in Systemic Family Psychotherapy at Ke.Sy.The.S.

Since 2024, she has been attending the Training Program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Awareness, conducted at the Special Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Clinic of the Psychiatric Department of “Evangelismos” General Hospital.
