Alexandros Syrpas is Regional Sales Manager for Europe at Workable, where he helps organizations address their hiring and people-management needs through technology while leading an exceptionally talented team. He focuses on building customer and partner relationships, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting sustainable growth.
With experience in SaaS sales and business transformation at Revolut and Salesforce, Alexandros brings an international perspective on how technology can help organizations adapt and grow. He returned to Greece to join Workable and is part of the country’s growing “brain gain.”
At Workable, he helps organizations explore how an integrated HR system can support them throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruiting to people management, with AI built into the experience. Workable Agent can support tasks such as sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates, helping teams move faster while making more time for human judgment. Drawing on transformation experience in other companies and settings, Alexandros knows that adopting new technology can be challenging. The tools may change, but educating people, building confidence, and supporting adoption remain essential to making change work.
